No Placement Guarantee

1. Purpose of This Policy

This No Placement Guarantee explains the conditions under which applicants are added to the Hire South Africans talent pool. It also outlines the limits of our responsibility regarding the provision of work opportunities. By submitting an application or joining our talent pool, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. No Guarantee of Employment or Placement

Hire South Africans receives applications from individuals who wish to be considered for remote roles with international clients. While we review every application, we do not guarantee that

  • you will be placed in a role

  • you will receive a job offer

  • you will be contacted regarding an interview

  • a suitable role will ever become available

  • you will be selected by any client that receives your profile

Placement is not automatic. Placement is not promised. Placement is not assured.

3. Dependence on Client Demand

All placements depend entirely on the staffing needs of our clients. These needs may change at any time, and certain roles may

  • be filled quickly

  • be delayed

  • be withdrawn

  • require highly specific skills that not all applicants possess

Hire South Africans cannot control client decisions or the rate at which positions become available.

4. Screening and Selection Criteria

Even if a role becomes available, selection is subject to

  • the quality and accuracy of your application

  • your communication ability

  • your experience and skill match

  • your performance in assessments or interviews

  • background checks when required

  • client preference, discretion, and approval

Meeting minimum requirements does not guarantee selection for any opportunity.

5. No Time Frame Commitments

We do not provide time frames for when or if you may be placed in a role. Some applicants may be matched quickly, while others may never be matched. Time frames cannot be requested, negotiated, or enforced.

6. No Employment Relationship

Submitting an application or being included in our talent pool does not create

  • an employment relationship

  • a contractor relationship

  • an obligation for us to provide work

  • any entitlement to compensation, benefits, or assignments

No employment relationship exists until a client formally agrees to engage you and you accept their offer in writing.

7. Right to Decline, Suspend, or Remove Applications

Hire South Africans reserves the right to

  • decline any application

  • suspend an application for further review

  • remove an applicant from the talent pool

  • stop communication with applicants who provide false information, show unprofessional conduct, or do not meet updated standards

We are not required to provide reasons for such decisions.

8. Data Retention and Communication

Applicants may remain in the talent pool for future opportunities. We may or may not contact you depending on role suitability and client needs. Participation in the talent pool does not require continued communication, and lack of communication does not indicate rejection or acceptance.

9. No Liability for Employment Outcomes

Hire South Africans is not liable for

  • missed job opportunities

  • changes in client needs

  • delays in placement

  • rejection by clients

  • lack of available roles

  • financial loss, emotional stress, or expectations relating to employment

The applicant accepts full responsibility for seeking additional employment opportunities outside our platform.

10. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By submitting your application, you acknowledge and agree that

  • Hire South Africans does not guarantee placement

  • employment is not promised

  • no time frame applies

  • no legal entitlement to work or income is created

  • all placement
